Custom Artwork
1. Due to the personalized nature of our Arabic calligraphy canvases, we cannot accept returns for custom-made pieces that meet the specifications provided during ordering.
2. All color customizations (additional 50 AED) are considered part of the custom work and are non-refundable once production begins.
Quality Guarantee:
3. We take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure each piece meets high-quality standards before shipping.
4. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
5. Valid quality issues will be addressed with either a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Size Selection:
6. We offer complimentary consultation services to help you choose the perfect canvas size for your space.
7. We strongly recommend taking advantage of this service before placing your order, as size-related returns cannot be accepted for custom pieces.
Cancellation:
8. Orders may be cancelled with full refund before production begins.
9. Once production has started on your custom piece, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Non-Custom Artwork
10. Ready-made pieces (if available) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
11. Items must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged.
12. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
