The triangular letter counters resemble shields - for social security, which are reiterated in the radial pattern above the lam-alef. The rounded strokes reinforce the sense of friendliness and security, and their uniform thickness provides a modern look and feel. In addition, the outward direction of the pattern reflects the concept of giving.
The pattern was used to derive shields to be used as the outer shapes for the division representations, as well as other applications. The shadowing used in the graphics gives a sense of depth, inviting the audience to a real, profound, and professional idea of the provided services.
